Bill joined TCEMCA in April 2022 after retiring from the fire service after twenty-five-plus years of service. Bill also worked as a Law Enforcement Officer and has been in EMS, working as an EMT, Specialist, and Paramedic for over 30 years. He has been an instructor for many years in EMS and the fire service. He also is an American Heart Association Instructor for CPR/First Aid/AED/ACLS/PALS. Bill served with FEMA on the Michigan Disaster Medical Assistance Team being deployed multiple times across the country to assist during disasters. Bill served multiple times as the chair of the Agency Directors for TCEMCA and was on the Board of Directors for over two years prior to his role as manager of operations.

Melissa joined TCEMCA in April 2016. Melissa brings over 8 years of EMS experience to the TCEMCA office. She has worked as a paramedic in both Livingston County MCA and Tri County Emergency MCA. Melissa also holds Firefighter 1 & 2 Certifications and has served as a firefighter.

She brings strong professional customer service experience to the TCEMCA office and is dedicated to supporting the MCA with a positive, solutions-focused approach. While new to the EMS field, Olivia is eager to learn and committed to providing helpful and reliable support.
